Can I track my shipment?

If you want to track your order, you can send an email to hello@joorly.com and we will send you your tracking code.

The color that I want is not available anymore. What can I do?

Send at email at hello@joorly.com we will update you as soon as the glasses are back in stock.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment types: Pay Pal. All payments on www.joorly.com are via a secure SSL- encrypted server from shopify.com.

What do I need to know when I pay with PayPal?

The shipping address must be identical to the address in the Paypal account. This is a security requirement from Paypal. If the addresses don’t match the order will not be sent.

Which countries do you ship to?

United States. Send an email to hello@joorly.com and we will figure something out :).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Express Shipping worldwide (must be a physical US address, cannot be a PO Box).

Do I pay shipping costs?

No, it's free :)

I didn't receive my package, what should I do?

If the carrier is unsuccessful in delivering the item to you because you are not at home, please try to contact the carrier via email and/or phone. If this does not resolve the problem, please pass hello@joorly.com Contact Us will assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

What do I need to do when I want to return my glasses?

To return your product, please first send your order number and request to hello@joorly.com. After our confirmation, you can send the product to the address provided. Please be sure to add the documents shipped with your order for our reference.

Do I need to use a trackable shipping service?

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items lost in transportation will not be refunded.

What do I need to do when I want to exchange my glasses?

If your glasses are defective or damaged within 14 days of receipt we can exchange them for the same glasses, if available. First ,send us an email at hello@joorly.com after confirmation from us you can send the glasses to the address provided. We will refund you the extra shipping costs just send us your proof of payment.
